Thank you for your custom during 2019 our 44th year of full time Japanese koi retailing, making us the longest established specialist koi dealer outside Japan

COVID 19 VIRUS UPDATE

In line with Government guidelines we are able to remain open as a business to supply the foods and products needed for animal welfare. The nature of our retail area, being outside and covering a large area, allows visitors to view our stocks of koi whilst observing the current recommendation on social distancing. Having operated a bio-secure quarantine facility for over 20 years we are fully aware of the care needed. With this in mind we have installed hand sanitiser dispensers and we will be asking customers to take sensible precautions and ensure they help us in ensuring social distancing measures are adhered to, because of this we will only being allowing one customer at a time in our shop and will not be running a BBQ.

We are still open for business as usual. Whilst the current government advice is to undertake social distancing where possible, we as a place to visit would be considered to be of relativity low risk as our premises are mainly outside with adequate space. To allow individual customers to maintain the appropriate distances from each other.

We are fully aware of the differences between this human virus and potential disease transference with koi however the fact that we have operated a certified bio-secure quarantine facility for the past 20 years gives us some understanding of the care needed. We have hand sanitiser dispensers at the entrances to each area of our premises and have now added one to our shop doorway and on the counter.

Unlike most retail outlets, like supermarkets and major shopping centres the nature of our business means that customers can view our stocks and purchase if required with minimal contact with anybody else and also in the case of the fish purchase something that we have not been in direct contact with ant other person.

If you are still concerned about visiting we are able to courier / post any dry goods you require with postage at cost price. Alternatively we can pick & pack any items you require with card payment over the phone for collection from our car park.

At the present time we are endeavouring to still have our customary “Easter special offers weekend” which coincides with the conclusion of our growing on competition. With the fish all being remeasured acclimatised and ready for collection. We will however not be be having our usual bbq as this may compromise customers from social distancing.

We hope that all customers are keeping safe and well during these difficult times and look forward to continuing to serve you with our high quality koi and products whilst we are still able.
