Thank you for your custom during 2020 our 45th year of full time Japanese koi retailing, making us the longest established specialist koi dealer outside Japan.
COVID 19 VIRUS UPDATE.
In line with government guidelines as a business involved in the sale of foods and products needed for the welfare and well being of animals we are able to remain open for business. The nature of our retail area being outside and covering a relativity large area with good spaces between ponds allows visitors to view our stocks of koi whilst observing the current recommendation on social distancing.
Having operated a bio secure quarantine facility for over 20 years we are fully aware of the care needed. With this in mind we have installed hand sanitiser dispensers and we will be asking customers to take sensible precautions to help us in ensuring social distancing measures are adhered to.
To ensure flexibility for our customers during this time ;
(1)Foods, pumps, blanket weed treatments and other dry goods can be ordered and paid for over the phone for delivery by courier (postage at cost price)
(2)Goods can be ordered and paid for over the phone packaged by us for collection from a designated area in our car park.
(3)Collecting of “Growing on “ competition koi and those purchased at our Christmas open day can be made at any time to suit you from Easter until the end of April.
Dry goods offers will be available for all of April to allow your visit if you prefer to be made at a less busy time.
We will be open for all 4 days of the Easter weekend and will have some special offers of dry goods (listed below ) that are normally required in the spring and are essential to maintaining the care of your fish.

We have a large section of koi imported from the Autumn koi harvest and in January. These koi have been fully quarantined and acclimatised and will be on display in our retail area for the first time this year.
GROWING ON COMPETITION KOI
All fish from our October growing on competition will have been acclimatised and be ready for collection over the Easter weekend. The photographs of the winning fish for growth and most improved fish will be displayed, with the winners prises available for collection. Photos of all other competition fish will also be displayed with their increase in growth shown. Please bring your copy photograph of your fish with you when making your collection.
Any koi purchased at our Christmas open weekend will also have been acclimatised and will be ready for collection at Easter
FREE RAFFLE.
We will be holding a free raffle for a £500 voucher redeemable for koi of the winners choice. This will be drawn on Monday evening.

We are best known for building specialist koi ponds, either formal , informal or Japanese style, but we also undertake the design and construction of all types of pond, from water garden features to small lakes. All of which can be tailored to your specific requirements.
